AVAILABILITY AND FEES OF MEMBERSHIP

A Non-Member becomes a Member of Lake Carlos Villas Cooperative Resort by filling out an application and paying the Membership Fee, current dues, and surcharge for each week as listed below. These rates also apply to current members interested in additional weeks.
SEASON THREE (early spring, late fall & winter)
There is no Membership Fee (free) for a 2 bedroom or larger Season Three week. The new Member pays only the then-current annual Membership dues. The new Season Three Member also receives a one hundred dollars ($100) Membership dues credit to be applied to the following year dues.
