THE VALUE OF MEMBERSHIP
Being a Member of Lake Carlos Villas Cooperative Resort provides many benefits. A few of of these benefits of being an LCV Member are: We know of no other cooperative interval resort in the USA.It is operated by the Members, for the Members’ enjoyment. LCV may have the lowest dues of any interval resort in the USA. Use of amenities such as outdoor pool, indoor pool, hot tub, kayaks, paddleboats, canoes, boats without a motor, paddleboards, docks, ice fishing tent and equipment, and internet at no charge Extra usage time is available at a reasonable Members fee (See the Extra Usage Program). Ability to split your floating vacation time into 2 or more separate visits. Boat with Motor Rentals Boat Lift Rentals Family and Friends usage at no additional charge.When they are using a Member’s unit week, they have all the benefits of Membership. Use of unit 20 (formerly the apartment). You may participate in the spring owners’ weekend at LCV. Option for a free membership in the several exchange programs. Silver Crown Resort for many years with RCI Exchange program. Interval International or RCI membership is available to all members. Close proximity Carlos Creek Winery, Golf, Hunting, Fishing, Orchards, Bike Paths, Dining and much more. And the best benefit is “Making Memories.”
Membership Fees - 2025
A Non-Member becomes a Member of Lake Carlos Villas Cooperative Resort by filling out an application and paying the Membership Fee, current dues, and surcharge for each week as listed below. These rates also apply to current members interested in additional weeks. SEASON THREE (early spring, late fall & winter) There is no Membership Fee (free) for a 2 bedroom or larger Season Three week. The new Member pays only the then-current annual Membership dues.

Program Guidelines
Guest capacity limits for each unit type must be followed. All LCV rules apply. Full payment is required at the time of booking. The fee is non-refundable, but you may reschedule with 14 days’ notice, subject to availability. Reservations may be altered or rescinded by the Board; existing bookings will be honored.
